$450,000

It is exceedingly rare that a vacant residential lot of this unique one-of-a-kind specialness suddenly appears available for sale. This lot, the last parcel that was never developed in the Lena Heights Subdivision, is now on the market. For many years, the lot was held by its original owners who intended to build on it. But now, this spectacular jewel can be yours. With 180 degree elevated views -- from Admiralty to looking straight up the Lynn Canal to Haines -- there are opportunities for a signature residence to capture stunning views like no other place in Juneau. In fact, exterior renderings of a delightful house plan that would fit beautifully on the lot are included in this posting. And, that house plan is included for a purchaser of the property. If a purchaser would like to buy the property with a completed house built on it, a cost to build estimate is available. Please contact us with any questions. Residential lots as magnificent as this one are in extremely short supply, and once this property sells, there’s a very good chance something like it may not come around for a very long time – if ever.
